Shipping and Returns

With a receipt, we will happily exchange the item or refund your purchase price. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Item must be in restocking condition, meaning that we can sell it to another customer. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee to return the item(s) for exchange or refund.

Without receipt, we will happily exchange the item. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Item must be in restocking condition meaning that we can sell it to another customer. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping to return the item(s) for exchange.

Orders are available for cancellation within 24 hours of placement. If the order has shipped already, cancellation is not available and the product must be returned to A Bash In a Bag at the customer's expense before refund will be applied.

All shipments are made Monday through Friday and must be received before 12pm MST. Orders received after 12pm MST will ship the following day. Weekend orders will go out on the following Monday, excluding national holidays. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
